TC 7025 EZ FLOW EPOXY (Color black) - a two part, liquid epoxy stand-alone coating system. Can achieve a 25 mil build in a single application.
Surface preparation: Clean dry surface
SSPC-SP6/ NACE No.3 Commercial blast cleaning
Anchor pattern 2.5 to 4 mils
Application temperature: 40°F to 120°F (4 to 49 °C)
Operation temperature: – 40° to 165°F (4 to 74 °C)
Pot Life: 25 to 30 minutes at 70 °F / 20 to 25 minutes at 80 °F
Backfill time: 3 to 4 hours @ 70 °F
Mil thickness: 25 mils (.635mm)
Approximate coverage 64 sq. ft. per gal.
